PCB … pretty cool, bro

After the tangle of wires from prototype one, the next step is designing a custom PCB aka. printed circuit board.

Think of a PCB as the foundation of almost every modern electronic device. Instead of a spaghetti mess of loose wires, you get a flat board with neat copper “traces” (tiny pathways) that connect all the components (your chips, resistors, connectors etc) so they can actually work together.

And you’ll find PCBs literally everywhere, from your phone and laptop to TVs, cars, and industrial machines.

The benefits? They’re more reliable, compact, and way easier to manufacture at scale.

This is where our prototype starts to look a whole lot less like spaghetti… and a whole lot more like a real product.
